I have been using Stepchange for a while now and they have helped me a lot. They took over my debts and negotiated a payment which was much reasonable for me to pay my creditors. The staff i spoke to was most helpful. He gave me peace and calmed my nerves. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Very understanding staff no judgement at all such a weight off my shoulders . Helped me choose the correct plan for me and once reviewed my circumstances had changed so the plan was rearranged by a really helpful member of staff . Excellent communication from the start . StepChange honestly changed my life. I was in a very low place when I contacted them (after being highly recommended by a friend), and I'm so grateful for their support. I've been managing my debt with StepChange for over three years and I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. I will be debt free in 12 months with so much thanks to StepChange.
