No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Step Change make a huge difference

Step Change have helped me get my debts under control and become manageable. They helped pick me up when I was in crisis and didn’t know where to turn, and I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. They explain everything and never judge you for being in debt which helps a lot. Paying the debt off by direct debit to Step Change and getting a monthly statement and yearly review, helps me to know exactly what I owe and to whom. It also gives me an end date by which the debt will be repaid which is great to work towards. I would have struggled to have coped without Step Change’s advice and guidance, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same position and struggling. Non-judgmental, friendly but businesslike.

I'm relieved that, although I still have debts, they are being managed in a sustainable and stress-free way. I didn't want to be or anticipate being in debt when I retired but at least there is now some light at the end of the tunnel.
