Supportive and informative advice. Exceptional service.

I went to StepChange when I was right at the point of disaster after a change in circumstances. The person I spoke to talked through my options and recommended debt management, and said I was entitled to Breathing Space which was a godsend. I am now almost 3 years into my plan and it has changed my life so much. I can afford to live again without the constant fear which was making me quite ill. I cannot thank them enough for their help. Step Change gives a way out of debt misery.

Step Change is a company that took all the pressure out of financial mess I had accumulated in a acrimonious divorce, without step change these creditors would have continued to threaten and bullied me into my downward debt spiral. Their help and guidance replaced dread with positivity that I was not the only one and things will get better, although still in debt, I do not feel helpless, well done StepChange. £42,000 of debt

In 2017 I was suffocating under a mountain of debt. Stepchange was recommended to me by a friend , as they had received help and were successfully managing their own plan. I had nothing left to lose so I took the plunge and made the call. It is without doubt the best decision I made, no judgement, no criticism only help and support. My debt was over 40k! But here I am, almost exactly 7 years later and in 2 more months I will be debt free. It's not been easy, I won't lie to you. It's like everything in life that's worthwhile, you need to work at it. If, like me you are struggling, alone and feel like you are unable to manage your repayments to multiple creditors and worried that the next knock at the door is the bailiffs?
