It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I was so nervous about contacting Stepchange for help but they were so helpful and friendly, they want to make sure you have enough money for all your everyday needs before you allocate anything to debts. Stepchange saved my life

Stepchange saved my life as i was in despair, scared and stressed. They helped me get organised and still made it affordable so i could live. They contacted all the companies i owed money to and negotiated the payment plan, i feel.more in control and i know I have an end date to becoming debt free.
