Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

A Clear Approach to Debt Management

StepChange took time to understand my situation and they promptly provided clear and detailed solutions. Once I had made my decision they set up the arrangements with my Credit Card company quickly and with minimal input required from me. We were overwhelmed and StepChange sorted us out

We were in an absolute corner and overwhelmed with debt and how to manage getting out of it . StepChange managed it all for us once we provided the initial details of what we owed and how much money we had and what we spent it on. They have turned everything around for us and we once again feel in control of our finances . We couldn’t have done it without them . The process was so easy .
