As I enter my last year of a DMP arranged by Stepchange with multiple financial providers I can’t thank them enough for their advice and support over the last 4 years. Sometimes they are slow to respond to e mails but do get back eventually. Long wait times for calls at busy times so I think adding a call back function would be good! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

If you have any sort of debt - contact StepChange.

StepChange fought mum’s corner and arranged a debt management plan with a credit card company for a debt that wasn’t hers. It belonged to another card holder on the account. She has never been in debt and StepChange sorted the debt out with the company for a debt repayment plan. If you have any sort of debt which you need help with, please get in touch with StepChange - they are helpfu, non-judgemental and very approachable- they also know how best to help.
