It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. The place for Debt Management

When I was desperate and couldn't find a way out of my financial mess, StepChange came to the rescue. They walked me through my debts, explained clearly how they would proceed and dealt with all the paperwork required to set up a repayment plan with my creditors. I was kept fully informed and felt a weight lifted from my shoulders. Annual reviews ensure I am on top of things and they are always there for a chat with help and guidance as required. Step change have changed my life. I’m now in control and can relax a little with a plan in place. They are understanding, professional and on your side.
