It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Invaluable help highly recommend

Had got myself in considerable debt, spoke with step change, made me feel that there was a way out and gave me the confidence to proceed with their advice. A weight lifted.

It was a relief to receive help that helped me see a way to clear my debts. After becoming so stressed and unable to find a way to solve my financial issues I struggled to believe there was an end to the tunnel let alone a light there, but StepChange guided me through options and dealt with my creditors. From disaster to debt free

I couldn't get out of debt because of compounding interest on all my debts. StepChange arranged for companies/ banks to freeze the interest and I paid a manageable amount every month. Stepchange my Heroes

I was in so much debt it started to affect my health, I went to a dept to help me but with being with them for over a year to my disgust i found out they were taking nearly 50% of my money before my creditors got any money, so I went to Stepchange and with their professionalism and help they got me sorted, every penny I pay to Stepchange goes straight to my creditors.
