Steps to mindful financial management

Step Change provided informative and easily accessible financial management support, at a time when I felt overwhelmed by debt and without any other alternative repayment options. Reviewed on: 9th June 2025

Such a helpful company.

After a series of unfortunate events, I found myself in over my head when it came to being in debt. I was recommended to contact Step Change and I was skepticism and a little bit scared of asking for help. I have now been with Step Change for 5 years and no matter how my circumstances have changed, they have always been very accommodating and respectful. They are lovely to deal with and I’ve always recommended them to friends or family who are struggling financially. I am almost debt free and couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you! Great company

I was in a deep depression over the debts I had occurred by a drinking addiction and a gambling addiction and Stepchange changed my life. There was no judgement and they put me at ease straight away, I was then able to sleep at nights. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
