Genuinely caring and non-judgmental.

Stepchange were so caring and non judgmental when I first made contact. I was really worried about my situation and felt completely relieved, in control and optimistic for the future having had the advice and a plan drawn up by them. Honestly, I feel so glad and grateful for their help and assistance, knowing that should anything in my circumstances change, they are there to help me find a solution. Cannot recommend enough. From sleepless to deep sleep nights

Hi I was in a lot of debt 10s of 1000s of pounds, a call to step change changed all this, you will receive a consultation call to discuss how they can help and they will set up a monthly payment plan and freeze the interest on your cards untill you get it all setup, the customer care team is empathetic and understanding of anyones situation with zero judgement, they are their to help and remove the worry and stress of debt.
