Excellent service

We have been able to manage with all our bills and have help with being able to pay off our debts. They are always ready to help and give advice. Not sure what would have happened without having Stepchange Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Debt worries

I was really overwhelmed by the number of payments and how much they were to manage each month. I took out small loans to cover payments and it all escalated but my DMP did stop that. I feel so much better overall. However I was not aware that my creditors can log missed payments every month so I have accrued 11 defaults and 8 missed payments in 18months which does not look good on my report. I would never have had the money for a settlement so its the best it could be Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
