Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Clearing Debts

Step Change was a god send for us at a time when life was a nightmare due to ill health and very little money coming in. The phone was constantly ringing from financial institutions wanting payment but overnight thanks to Step Change stopped all that. I had debt of £32000, I was at the end of my tether, I contacted stepchage and everything because so much easier, the staff are fantastic and the service is second to none, if you are in this horrible situation please don't hesitate to get in touch with them, they really do help.
