professional and caring.

I was getting chased for money I could not pay and I learned of stepchange,and rang them and they sorted out my debts in a professional and caring way and were not judgemental of how I had got into debt, but showed me how to clear all my debts and got in touch with all my creditors and got them to accept a reasonable payments to them that I could afford and that helped me a lot so much so I had 9 debts to clear at first but now I have only 1 now which I will clear in July, and then I will be debt free, so without stepchange I would never had achieved this and I have no words that could thank them enough for how they got me out of a situation that I would never been able to clear my debts on my own so a big thank you to them. Light in the Dark

Having been in debt and struggling with payments after stepping down from position in work, times were difficult. The people who work at Step change were so reassuring and the process was very straight forward. I am now making regular affordable payments thats had a positive effect on myself and my family.
