Lifesavers!

StepChange helped me see light at the end of the tunnel where previously there had been none. My debts had spiralled through my own stupidity and I couldn't see any clear way forward. The staff at StepChange were non-judgemental and helped me deliver a plan accepted by my creditors. Don’t be afraid to make that first call to stepchange

Step change helped me see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. The relief I felt the day I picked up the phone was unbelievable. I dreaded making the call but it was single handedly the best decision I’ve ever made. At first I felt embarrassed at my situation but the lady who answered my call was very caring, understanding and reassuring. We had a debt management scheme with StepChange for approximately 10 years, yes we had a lot of debt. They were so helpful and kind, whatever happened to us, job losses, etc they were able to help us repay our debts, within our own budget. So helpful and informative as well.
