Stepchange are life savers

I called stepchange after my husband lost his job and we were so stressed and scared how we were going to manage our debts. The staff at stepchange were amazing. So knowledgeable and calming to with me. I came off the phone feeling happier knowing I had a solution to my debt problem and I wasn’t going to lose out house. Every call I’ve made the staff have been friendly and helped me sort myself out. Helpful, informative and friendly service

I was really nervous about reaching out and dealing with my debt but step change were really reassuring and helpful in getting me started as well as providing support when completing the forms.
