I went to Stepchange when I couldn’t afford my loans, store cards, student loan, catalogue and other unsecured debts and from the minute I did they were amazing. I thought they would judge me but they didn’t. I collected all the letters from debt collection agencies and they went through everything and now I’m paying them an affordable amount each month and all the calls letters and default notices have stopped. Please just contact them I had nearly 30th in unsecured debts and there is nothing they can’t help with even ccj’s. It’s the best thing I ever did. Amazing Step Change

Without StepChange I would be a nervous wreck they gathered all my debts together and worked out a debt management plan that I could afford to pay off which is what I have been doing. I now have peace of mind that I have not had for many years. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

I was £26,000 in debt and will soon be debt free!

Stepchange gave advice and guidance on how to deal with my debts. I contacted all my debtors and completed a questionnaire on my income and outgoing expenses and committed to an affordable monthly amount to pay all my debts off. The interest on my debt was then halted and I have been paying back £26,000 at an affordable rate for 12 years! I only have a few payments left on my plan and I’m so happy I contacted Stepchange for their help and professional advice as I will soon be debt free!! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
