It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. very nervous and concerned..

At the time of contact we were very nervous and concerned about how we could deal with the situation we found ourselves in but once we made contact our minds were put at ease as there was a solution to our situation that would not see us penniless or worse homeless! A Clear Approach to Debt Management

StepChange took time to understand my situation and they promptly provided clear and detailed solutions. Once I had made my decision they set up the arrangements with my Credit Card company quickly and with minimal input required from me. We were overwhelmed and StepChange sorted us out

We were in an absolute corner and overwhelmed with debt and how to manage getting out of it . StepChange managed it all for us once we provided the initial details of what we owed and how much money we had and what we spent it on. They have turned everything around for us and we once again feel in control of our finances . We couldn’t have done it without them . The process was so easy .
