Amazing and reassuring

My initial call into StepChange, I was quite emotional and ashamed at how bad things had got. The call handler was amazing and so reassuring. Things were handled sensitively and the bombarding of letters stopped and I had time to breath. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Honestly, best phone call I ever made!

Step Change were recommended to me 9 years old and since making contact with them at that time I have never looked back. They have made all my debts hassle free. I pay them one affordable payment each month and they do the rest. Since setting up my plan I have referred a few friends to them also. Stepchange saved me from a breakdown

Stepchange came into my life after Covid caused me to fall behind with my financial payments. I was under so much stress, juggling bank, credit card and bill payment and they handled arranging me to pay back my debts through one payment to them and they sorted the rest. Unfortunately I am still paying my debt off as the creditors had originally charged me so much interest but I am hopeful to get back on track in a couple of years.
