I cannot tell you how much finding Step Change has changed my life. I was drowning in debts. I didn’t know where to go and now I feel like I’m on top and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel of the debts that I have. Step Change always there to help and guide you through the process. Fantastic Experience!

I first approached StepChange in May 2018 and finished my plan in April 2023. It was a long road but they were extremely patient, friendly and non-judgmental throughout the entire experience. I rarely needed there assistance but when I did, it was promptly acted on and assured myself every step of the way.
