Superb service delivered with compassion

I was in a state of very poor mental health when I first contacted StepChange (with the help of my friend). The advisors were compassionate, very helpful and clearly well trained in dealing with clients with mental health difficulties. They helped me find the right solution for my circumstances and now I am almost debt-free. Their online platform let me monitor my progress - clear and easy to understand. StepChange gave me back a positive future

I dreaded having to phone StepChange as I felt guilty and ashamed at getting myself in such financial difficulty. It was a last chance call. But oh am I glad I did. A lovely man quickly put me at ease and helped me to go through my monthly needs and how much I could easily afford towards my debts.
