Excellent debt management plan and service

I got myself into some financial difficulties due to overspending and some bad investments. I was encouraged to seek some help to help me manage my debts. Stepchange provided and excellent advice and debt management plan. They combined all of my debts and managed them for me,so I didn't have to deal with my bank personally at all. I just send the money to them and they split it as needed. You can call them if you are not sure about something. Their customer service is very good and explained everything very well. You can manage your debt management plan trough their website which is very handy. Every time that your income or expenses change you can adjust the plan to suit your needs. Stepchange saves a lot of headaches and are managing all of your debts for you,so you can live your life without worrying too much. Overall excellent service. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

From despair to confidence

I got into several thousands in debt and felt close to despair. Stepchange made me realise that the situation was manageable, gave me invaluable advice about creating a budget, and gave me a way to repay so within a few years I was debt-free with minimal pain. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Stepchange excellent service 5 star

Contacted Stepchange with my issues, over the phone customer service were excellent and the app is fairly straightforward, if you struggle with this type of thing just ring them and they will go through the steps with you great charity and keep you informed on a monthly basis where you are with your arrangement and are there (set times) for all your questions great service and feel much better for it, please don't hesitate to use this service they are a brilliant set up. Getting a DMP is the best thing I've ever done

Getting a DMP is probably the best thing I've ever done. Although you're pretty much giving up your credit score for a few years, the alternative for me was drowning in interest with no sight of a way out. A DMP allowed me to stop the bleeding and start my journey to becoming debt free. I'll be debt free at the end of this year and I can't wait to finally start again! Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
