Always very helpfull

I got into debt, through no fault of my own, I developed liver cancel, and had a major operation, where half of my Liver was removed, by surgeons at the Royal Marsden in London.— as a result,Typically, of this country, and Goverment, my Pension was STOPPED, because I was in hospital, and being kept by the NHS!— however, the hospital put me on to STEP—change charity, who helped me manage my debts, and pay back my creditors, thank you Step-change, for your help.
