StepChange has taken the absolute stress of facing debtors and worrying about 'how am I going to pay my bills this month', away from me so that I could concentrate on daily life. Stepchange changed my life

I went to stepchange in 2020 when covid affected my income and I was struggling with my debt. They contacted all my creditors for me, which I had stopped doing, dodging calls and ignoring letters, as the anxiety that was linked to this was debilitating.their website is very easy to use, and within 24 hours I had a payment plan set up. Anxiety is gone

I have use some other company to manage my debts in past - always something wrong. Then i changed to StepChange and from beginning it was good experience. Staff is very knowledgeable, understanding and non- judgemental. My plan is now more then three years in place and i can sleep without anxiety.
