It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. A very helpful and professional service

Step Change is a company that's helped me with my debt management and have been a great help from the start. Every person I spoke to throughout the process were polite and understanding; I had my doubts at first but getting help and advice regarding debts has made life a little easier day to day. Weight of our shoulders

Step change are an understanding company who have helped with our debt problems they don't want to know why it happened but gave us the help and guidance we needed to sort out a plan to get our problems under control and make a monthly payment to satisfy our creditors. Helpful, supportive.

I contacted step change because my circumstances changed and I was really struggling to manage everything. I get supported for day 1, helpful and understanding staff made me feel confident and less stressed and anxious. My debt is now manageable and I know it will be paid back. A solution when I thought there wasn't one

Step change offed help when I thought I was in a situation that had no solution. They were extremely helpful, understanding, patient, none judging, and created a solution for my financial car crash I'd found myself in. Contacted these guys as my debt was out of control and they have worked with me to help me manage my money and pay what I owe in a manageable way and time frame. This charity is so helpful. Debt is frowned upon and hard to escape for the majority of households. When you speak to them they’re just human beings wanting to help people in crisis.
