No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Reassuring and Compasionate

Step Change has saved me such anxiety and allowed me to turn my life around. They were reassuring, compassionate and are always on hand whoever required. I no longer have to lie awake worrying

Step change has helped me see a future where I will be debt free . I no longer have to worry about my debts . I felt ashamed that I had got into debt and I was worried that I would be judged. I had no need step change helped me set up a budget and debt management plan they don’t judge you they help you to take control of your finances so your able to pay what you can afford and have enough money to live . Help when you are struggling with debt

I got in touch when I found I could no longer pay my credit card debts and loan, interest charges rising quickly made it impossible to meet minimum payments. Step Change asked me to list all my expenditure and debts to work out a debt management plan for me. I feel relieved that some pressure is off and it gives me chance to pay off my creditors leaving me able to see light at the end of the tunnel. Give them a try, it’s easy and they contact your creditors with the plan proposal and you just pay the amount monthly by direct debit, the amount depends on your circumstances/disposable income but will be affordable compared to previous payment amounts.
