No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Fantastic charity

I contacted step change because I was struggling financially, they were extremely helpful and made me feel at ease. They helped me to set up a plan to repay my debts. I don't think I could of done this without the help from the staff at step change. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

Peace of mind

I was very sceptical about using a debt management company but I was in such a bad way financially that I needed to take action. Stepchange was recommended to me through one of the companies to whom I owed a debt. They offered different solutions for my circumstances and provided me with the tools to help me through and now I am in a plan that is helping me sort my debts and hopefully one day I'll be debt free. Applying through Stepchange was easy and straight forward and gave me such peace of mind, which I hadn't had in a long time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Fantastic company
