Great, helpfully service

Really helpfull and knowledgeable people. The advisor gave me advise and guided me through the whole process to set up my debt management plan. Now, I don't wake up during the night worrying because I know my financial situation getting and my debt is reducing. Reviewed on: 7th June 2025

StepChange dug me out of a hole

It took less than a week for StepChange to get my debts organised into small payments and show me all the options that were available. They gave a full detail account of all my options and let me decide how I felt was best for me to pick. Despair to relief and a manageable payment plan

I was in a total hole and panicking after having so much time off with Covid. Thanks to the guys at Stepchange we got my creditors all in one place. They informed my creditors how much I could pay and how often. This has been so great. It stops most of them harassing you and means I know the money is going down every month. I have had months I could pay more and could even take a break in an emergency. Honestly call them they will take all the worry and pressure off you and allow you to breath. You still need to help them providing details when your creditors sell your debt. Even this is easy. You just call or email them with your reference number the new creditors details and their ref number. Please call these guys you will not regret it. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

When I first contacted Stepchange, I was at my wits' end - on the edge of a mental and physical breakdown , but Stepchange changed my life around . I thought there was no light at the end of the tunne...

I thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel until I phoned Stepchange. I received empathy from my first call the adviser reassured me that that light would start to appear even though it was very dim at first. After setting up my payment plan I started my journey .Stepchange supported me with every step.Now I am debt free and cannot thank Stepchange enough.I would encourage everyone with a debt problem not to ignore it and contact Stepchange where you will never be judged and always treated with respect and professionalism.
