Recently opened a new account at Aldeburgh Branch

Recently opened an account at Aldeburgh Branch and was seen by Rachel who was very helpful and welcoming and very professional. I opened a savings account and it was all explained very well. Everyone at the branch was very welcoming. It was very good to be able to speak a real person something which is very important to me in this day of technology & social media which I struggle with so am very grateful to you for having your local branch.
