Reassuring and Informative

This is the fist time that I have used the Suffolk Building Society. What impressed me was the plesant and informative staff at the Woodbridge Branch. There was no pressure to make decisions on what savings account to open and every thing was explained in detail. I have since opened an account and will be transfering some more money to other accounts with the Branch. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Branch visits always pleasant experience

staff willing to offer alternatives to suit customer requirements, nothing seems to much trouble. they appear to want to understand why customers raise queries, and make them feel welcome. despite modern day banking trends to force people online, branches are a lifeline for many people. Friendly, professional, reliable.

The Suffolk Building Society truly is a dependable and very friendly place to have a savings account or mortgage. You get to deal with real people, in person; people who know what they are doing and who treat customers with respect. A modern business with ‘old-fashioned’ values. High rates failed to be maintained

Savings interest rates use to be close to the top of the market leaders, but have deteriorated to mediocre for quite a while now. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Banking

My mother started her account with this bldg soy way back in 1925 when she started work and I followed suit in 1957. I have always used this BS for saving and now appreciate it more as an every day Bank as RBS does not have a branch in Ipswich. I always find this BS extremely helpful and the staff go out of their way to assist me. I would totally recommend them. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Friendly staff and good interest rates make it an easy choice

It is always a pleasure to visit the Sudbury branch as the staff are very helpful and friendly. The savings account rates are very competitive and that coupled with the level of service offered make it easy to choose as the place for my savings. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
