Customer service second to none.

Due to fluctuating interest rates, I have had cause to make an appointment to visit the branch to review our savings accounts on two occasions this year. The phone is always answered promptly, the appointment is always within a few days, and the staff are professional and friendly. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Extremely welcoming Suffolk Building Society

We moved to Suffolk in April and was looking for a local building Society to use and feel comfortable to transfer our savings . Help personified!

Looking at the UK growing interest rates I went in to my local Suffolk BS to update my books. But because the staff are so helpful they pointed out that I coild transfer both my ISA's into higher rated ISA's which they did for me! And they remembered my name! It makes such a difference! I have had several dealings with the staff at Suffolk Building Society ( mainly when they were Ipswich Building society ). All the staff that I dealt with were very polite and helpful and I have always been totally satisfied knowing that they have given me the best product available to me at that time.
