A very positive experience.

I have been saving with the SBS for many years. I like the idea that I can go to my local branch and actually talk face to face with the staff who are very helpful and always have a smile. Reviewed on: 4th February 2024

Keep the branch open

Opened 2 accounts recently, one ISA and one easy access savings. Really like the fact you can fill in a paper application form (sick to death of doing things online!). Also, great to be able to pop into a branch and deal with a member of staff face to face. Reviewed on: 4th February 2024
