Friendly and efficient

I wanted to renew my investments and make additional deposits. I was dealt with in a friendly, and efficient manner. Interest rates were discussed and various options discussed. Reviewed on: 4th February 2024

What a lovely experience!

What a lovely experience! I opened a Saving account last week in Aldeburgh. We were welcomed into the office with our little dog. Amy helped us fill in the form, which made such a difference to our experience. A really personal touch, all the old traditional values still intact. Quite rare these days.
