Brilliant local society

Great Customer Service

I have been comparing ISA Saving rates recently and while I was in Woodbridge I thought I would pop in and ask for some information. I was welcomed with a warm smile, I did not have a appointment but they managed to shuffle things around to give me the time, information and advice that I was seeking and with the services that Chloe provided, which was friendly, knowledgeable and professional with no hard sale was so impressive that I decided to open an account with The Suffolk Building Society in Woodbridge.
