Waste of time no interest at all!!!!!

We went to open 2 accounts, I explained that my children already had bonds with another bank, he zoned in on that and said they don't do them for under 16s, ok so this is the current interest rate what could you offer he just was not interested at all kept going back to wait until December when there other account mature then think about it, but I would like to open an account with better rates still not interested so we left.
