Successful, fuss free LPA registration

Called in to branch without any other expectations than to get information re registering an LPA. Manager offered time with staff (Lia) to do this as I had all necessary documents. Process completed professionally , without fuss, and within predicted time. Lia made whole process easy and stress free - completely different from experience at other banks who I had made appts with. Fabulous customer service. As an aside, loved the vault- so interesting. I value Customer Service as much as I value decent, safe banking facilities. Suffolk Building Society delivers exceptionally well on both. In addition the support it gives to local community projects is amazing. What is even better us that there are branches to visit and people to speak to face to face.
