I opened a savings account at the Woodbridge branch and was very impressed by the service provided. Prompt & efficient, explained well and in a very professional manner by Benjamin Townley. Always find the staff at Suffolk Building society to be helpful and friendly. Also find their rates to be really competitve too. Shout out to the young lady who made an excellent cuppa for us on Saturday while we had an appointment with Benjamin who was delightful as always. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Transferring of ISA to higher interest rate

Had an appointment in Woodbridge with Diane everything was cleatly explained in what was required for me to transfer in from another provider to Suffolk building society who were offering nearly double the interest rate my current isa was earning Reviewed on: 9th August 2023
