A personalised experience, offering fantastic advice on all banking services. Makes me feel in very safe hands. The fact that I can access a branch directly is what makes me continue to use SBS. (Hadleigh). That direct interaction with staff is something to be highly valued, particularly in our current environment where banks are closing branches and taking a non direct approach via internet banking. I even think the younger generation would value this personal approach when looking at mortgage advice discussing their hard earned cash. Please continue what you are doing. Yours appreciatively.
