My wife and I live in Leicestershire.

My wife and I live in Leicestershire and have never been to the Suffolk B/S branch. However, we are still made to feel as though we are part of what we believe to be something special. What is lacking these days in the banking sector is genuine customer contact and focus. Good experiences lead to further business

Very easy to deal with, and a pleasure to be able to speak to human beings in the Sudbury branch. I originally set up a savings account for my mother, and when she passed away the closure of the account and transfer of funds for probate was handled very sensitively. My wife and I have subsequently opened a savings account for ourselves at Sudbury branch. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024
