I've been through with SuitsMe for long time,couldn't even believe that I will prefer it and being this account my favourite one,i use it more and i can say it s the main account. I don t use even the high street bank accounts. I use Suits Me 24/7 for any reason even transfers or income spending or saving. It.s the best account and hope they will work on customer service to be quicker and getting in touch 24/7 on chat and being quicker over the phone and it will make it the most suitable account as it is at the moment. I don t wanna say about getting in touch with customer service is bad but always is space for better. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026

Very poor customer service .

Got the account open no problem.kept getting messages the account was unblocked every day. I’ve waited on the phone over the last 2 days for over 2 hours twice and then cut off. I have money in The account but can’t transfer it via the app as that is blocked & the card is also blocked. Will try again tomorrow Reviewed on: 2nd September 2025
