Good price and friendly service

I recently took out a bicycle insurance policy and couldn't be happier with my choice. Not only is the pricing competitive, but the customer service has also been nothing short of excellent. Very straight forward, speedy insurance cover done in 15 minutes.

Excellent Service

Good cover at a good price

Had policy last year and renewed again. Renewal was a little tricky as it wouldn't let me put in my bike age (same bike as last year) as it was over 5 years old (last year it was 7 years old). Filled in the nearest year and completed renewal. Emailed Sunday's and explained. Quick response from them and all sorted. Good company to deal with. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2023

Brilliant personalised service

This is the first time I’ve ever had a bicycle worth insuring. So I contacted Sundays and I couldn’t be more impressed. Together we ensured that the cover met my needs but also that the the security measures I had at home and work met Sundays requirements. This was done via pictures sent through email and a couple of phone calls and it was all set up. Christian is who initially spoke with me on the phone and he stated I could ask for him by name when calling in again which I did. This meant I only dealt with him as he was already dealing with my case which made things very straight forward so I thank him for that. Dillon was super helpful, attentive and answered all my questions

This is insurance with a friendly personal touch. A lovely guy named Dillon called me and guided me through the few questions I had about serial number, which address to use (I have two), bike model number and it made the process seamless and fast. I think within 5 or 6 minutes the whole process was completed and I now have full insurance on my expensive e-bike and also personal cover for myself. I was happy with the insurance price and the ability to pay monthly. I loved the fact that Dillon was available quickly and that there was no pushiness on his part. One thing I hate is pushy salesman and Dillon and Sundays insurance are definitely not that! Yes I will definitely recommend Sundays insurance to anyone and particularly my similarly old over 60's friends who need bike insurance lol. Reviewed on: 21st September 2023
