Excellent rate, good customer service

I have been under a year using this Cash ISA and it has been great so far. Easy switching, good customer support if I ever needed it. Only two caveats would be 1) the interest arrives quite late (8th working day) and 2) if you do a withdraw can take a couple of days to reach your account, so maybe don't use it for money you need at hand.
