Firstly, their communication is great. i get regular updates, notifications when interest has been added to my ISA and the app is easy to navigate. I believe they've made the entire process of setting up an account and tracking its progress as it eeasy as it possibly could be. And their rates are among the best, too. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Great rates, great flexibility (no penalty for withdrawals!), slick app and user experience overall. Support in the app works well, I sometimes need to double check that withdrawals have no penalty, and am able to find out quickly via included answers.
