Excellent customer service.

I have found using the Tembo money app easy to navigate. Customer service when I was needing to change my email address was excellent and transition was smooth. I love the Tembo app just wish it was possible to transfer from the variable cash Isa to the fixed rate cash Isa. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

Great App and Service

I was initially worried about investing and managing my money through an App, but so far, it has worked very well. I particularly like that when you raise a ticket/query, you get answered by a named person with photo - makes it more personal. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

Good Interest rate without locking money in

After my bank removed interest rates in their main account and restricted access to the easy savers account I was searching for a good place to keep my emergency fund while earning some interest and still having access and not being locked in.
