Very helpful customer service team

I found the process of transferring money into my Tembo account very easy. My sister had a problem at one point, as she’d transferred quite a bit of money to her account but it wasn’t showing up. So she was worried. I got in touch with someone from Tembo on her behalf. They were very helpful, and the issue was resolved very quickly. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
