You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

My Tembo exp so far

Love the 3.8% savings rate and easy to use app. The referral is a good bonus. There doesn’t seem to be anywhere to contact if you had questions that aren’t answered in app, which means fine if things are going well but would imagine it’s difficult if not going well… Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
