You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Even from the start, when I opened an account with Tembo, everything was made so easy and they lead me through and explained every step of the way. Even after that their customer support has been great if I have needed to us it and not only is their app easy to navigate but they also have so many different help points for everything that you could possibly need. Easy transfer, best interest rate out there!

Tembo offers the best rate out there, i found the transfer over to them very smooth and swift. for me them offering a top rate along with the BOE interest rate, without a drop after 12 months mean they value their customers far more than other providers such as Money box and more that have introductory offers Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
