You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

First rate customer service & highly competitive rates

Tembo are exceptionally efficient at responding to customer requests, and always do so with seamless customer service. Their ISA rates are also very competitive in what is quite a saturated market. So far so good

The app is easy to navigate. I haven’t had issues so far. I transferred my isa from another provider and it was a very smooth process. The Tembo team communicated with me the whole way through. Obviously a higher interest rate would be amazing but that is not fully in Tembo’s control. I’d definitely recommend Tembo Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
