You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

I think Tembo is brilliant!

I think Tembo is brilliant! I especially enjoy how easy it is to use and how you can set a savings goal and it shows the progress. When I had a question about direct debits their customer service team replied super quickly and were really helpful. As a first time buyer I like that they also provide mortgage support! Very good rates, not the best app

No complaints at all about the core product. It's a highly competitive rate, and the gov bonuses etc all work as they're meant to with the LISA product. But there's no way of differentiating between saving for a first home and a pension, so all of the messaging is wrong for my situation, and you can't change it. Also minor glitches like my app constantly saying it needs an update when loading up (it's fully updated), and a message saying the transfer of my other ISA could take up to 15 days to complete, even though it was completed months ago.
