You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Fantastic in-app experience

The in-app experience is fantastic; The app looks clean and is very user-friendly. I also wanted to point out that I very much enjoy reading all of the newsletters sent my Tembo, they are always well-written and involve incredibly useful information. Love the app, great advice and community

I love the app and converted my fiance to it as well! It’s easy to see, brilliant newsletters and love the mortgage advice too! One thing I’d change is being able to select the account to share when using the split feature. Other than that, top notch! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
