You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

It was an easy sign up process, no fluff. Great interest rates and a really easy to use app with features that make visualising savings goals accessible and straight forward, including linking to a saving partner and entering estimated home price. When I referred my parter to sign up she had some issues due to NI number mistakes but the customer service team were really helpful in getting it resolved in a quick and effective manner. A Straightforward and use full saving app

It has been so straightforward to open an account and add money to it. Their app is great for showing you how much interest you get and how much of the government bonus you have claimed. They also offer amazing tools that help with buying you first home. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
