Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!! Absolutely amazing service. Rhys was so friendly and helpful from the very start, made a potentially daunting experience a lot less stressful and put me at ease. Found the best deal and was happy to answer any questions. Callum has also been amazing throughout, no question has ever been too much and he has been happy to answer a million that aren’t even his job to really answer! Communication is so quick, replies almost instantly in comparison to other services, they will give you answers in simple terms that you can understand, and have helped with co ordinating all the parts like surveys and solicitors. Very grateful to have the support and would recommend Tembo to anyone I know, especially Rhys and Callum! If only every other part of buying/selling was as good and stress free as the Tembo part! Tembo are a breath of fresh air and faultless!

Tembo are honestly 100% a breath of fresh air when it comes to applying for a mortgage. I had been dealing with a handful of "first" class brokers prior to Tembo who made the process seem impossible, heartless, too much bother or simply didn't even reply to messages or got fobbed off repeatedly with the " not in the office at this time excuse. What a revelation Tembo was from the first phone call with Tara, she was down to earth, took the time to look at every option and made me feel that anything was possible to get my dream home. To all other brokers out there take notes on how to be a 1st class broker from Studying Tembo as they are honestly faultless in terms of processes, service and communication, so much so i have been actually shocked on a number of occasions at how faultless the process has been. If you are self employed and starting out on the journey to get a mortgage which will seem impossible from your many online searches just stop looking at any other broker and type into your search engine www.tembomoney.com they are the only place to go to as I've tried all the other " best rated" brokers and Tembo blow them out the water! To Tara, and Elly @ Tembo thank you once again for your unbelievable help and communication, I'm actually looking forward to getting back in contact with yourselves when my mortgage is up for renewal. Great experience from a first-time buyer!

Beth and Callum made the mortgage process very straight-forward and stressless as a first-time buyer. I had a long and very informative telephone conversation on a Saturday afternoon with Beth to begin with where she talked me through the various lenders and plans available, once I had chosen one, before I knew it Callum was letting me know that my application was a success and handled any queries the bank had on my behalf, kept me informed every step of the way and answered any queries I had.
