Would highly recommend Tembo. Fae, Faye, and Elly were incredibly friendly and professional throughout and made what could have been a very stressful experience a breeze. My partner and I used Tembo as our mortgage broker as we already had our LISA’s with them (which also meant free mortgage advice), from the get go it was such a smooth sailing process, and this was all thanks to Jack and Chelsea! Within 2 weeks, we had our initial call with Jack who was able to find us the best mortgage for our needs and recommended a conveyancer, then we were passed to Chelsea our case manager, and she has been amazing also! Very happy to answer any of our “stupid” questions, and explained everything in full which is so reassuring as first time buyers. Within those 2 weeks we submitted our mortgage application, had a house survey, had a call planned with Lauren at Tembo about insurances etc, and had our mortgage application approved! Excellent service!

My partner and I have had a fantastic service from Kurt and Callum from start to finish. Kurt has been very responsive in answering my queries and making me understand the process fully which was invaluable as a first time buyer. Amazing Experience
