Positive Experience

Jessica was great throughout my mortgage process. She was responsive over email, explained everything clearly, and made what can feel like a stressful process much more straightforward. Gemma was also great once the offer was approved. The process moved through quickly and smoothly. Overall, felt like it was handled really efficiently by both. Very supportive FTB experince

We have recently had a mortgage offer having used Tembo as broker through Paul and Tia - whole process was great from start to finish. We are FTBs so knew very little but the whole process was explained so clearly and patiently, there was lots of reassurance and honest advice so we knew exactly where we stood, what our options were, and why the chosen option was best. What a wonderful experience!

What a wonderful experience! we were really worried that we wouldnt be able to get a mortgage., Due to age and other factors, but thought we would give tembo a try! I'm so glad we did. From the start we dealt with Yasmin, who is a lovely lady, very professional but also friendly, she told us what we needed to do as was very patience! The amount of times she had to go through the wrong paperwork I had sent must have been painful, but nothing was too much for her. For the next steps we dealt with Abbey, again very lovely and professional, she kept the ball rolling and nothing was too much for either of them.
